LoongBuy Spreadsheet FAQ
Quick answers about finding products, QC photos, sizing, prices, shipping, ordering and returns. Start with the question closest to your next decision, then use the linked guide when you need the full process.
Research, not a checkout.
This site helps you discover and compare catalogue entries. Orders, payments, warehouse inspections, shipping and after-sales questions happen outside this guide.
QC is evidence, not approval.
A QC badge tells you more visual evidence may exist. The final judgement still depends on the complete photo set, measurements and current listing details.
Live details can move.
Price, stock, options and destination content can change after the saved data snapshot, so confirm them in the newly opened external tab.
Find the answer by decision stage.
The questions follow the way most shoppers research: understand the resource, find products, inspect evidence, calculate costs and handle problems.
Understand the spreadsheet first.
Know what this resource does, who runs it and what happens outside the site before you begin browsing.
- Use the spreadsheet to discover and compare
- Use guides to interpret price, sizing and QC signals
- Use the destination website for live details and transactions
What is a LoongBuy spreadsheet?+
A LoongBuy spreadsheet is a product-discovery directory that groups marketplace finds into useful categories. Entries can include product images, indicative prices and QC-photo signals so you can compare options before opening a current listing. It is a research starting point rather than live inventory, seller approval or a substitute for checking the current product page.
Read the beginner guideIs this the official LoongBuy website?+
No. LoongSheet is an independent discovery and research guide. It does not run LoongBuy, process payments, hold stock, inspect warehouse items or arrange shipping.
See how the catalogue is curatedIs the spreadsheet free, and do I need an account?+
Browsing the spreadsheet, category pages and guides is free and does not require an account here. A separate account may be required on the destination website if you decide to place an order.
Does this website sell products?+
No. This website helps you research and compare finds. Product options, availability, payment, warehouse handling, shipping and after-sales support are provided on the external destination website.
Move from a broad search to a shortlist.
Use focused category pages, current product links and a stable snapshot instead of treating the catalogue as an endless feed.
- Choose one product category or use case
- Compare a small group with the same criteria
- Open only the strongest candidates in new tabs
How do I find a product in the LoongBuy spreadsheet?+
Start with the closest category, then compare products by intended use, image, indicative price and QC signal. The home-page search can also match product names, brands and category terms. Keep an initial shortlist of three to five similar options; comparing a small like-for-like group is more useful than opening dozens of unrelated listings.
Browse all categoriesCan I use the spreadsheet on mobile?+
Yes. The catalogue, filters, product cards and guides are designed to work on mobile screens. Product links open in a separate tab so your shortlist page remains available.
Where do product buttons lead?+
Each product card opens the corresponding external product page in a new tab. Confirm that the live title, images, selected variation and available sizes match the card because external content can change after the saved snapshot was published. If the destination shows a different item or a generic search page, return to the category rather than continuing on assumption.
What should I do if a product link stops working?+
The product may have been removed, replaced or made unavailable. Return to the relevant category page and compare a current alternative rather than assuming an expired link represents live stock.
Find another collectionHow often does the spreadsheet change?+
The site uses a fixed catalogue snapshot rather than fetching new products whenever the website starts. The visible refresh label changes only after new data is intentionally fetched, reviewed and published.
Review the update historyTreat visual signals as evidence, not approval.
QC counts and product images can reduce uncertainty, but they cannot replace complete photos, measurements or your own judgement.
- Check the whole item before small details
- Compare measurements with an item that already fits
- Pause when evidence is missing or inconsistent
What does the QC photos badge mean?+
The badge means the saved catalogue record reports that additional quality-control photos are available. It is not a quality score and does not mean this site approved the product, seller or every image. Review the complete item first, then compare left and right sides, construction, labels, hardware and measurements; a large photo count is not useful when the important angles are missing.
Use the QC photo checklistAre products without QC photos excluded?+
No. Products with QC signals are prioritised where the data supports them, but useful category coverage can include entries without that signal. Treat those entries as early research candidates that need more verification.
Do QC photos guarantee product quality or authenticity?+
No. QC photos can reveal visible shape, colour, construction, measurements or damage, but they cannot prove authenticity, long-term durability, comfort or seller reliability. LoongBuy's published inspection scope focuses on visible style, quantity, colour, size and model information; sealed items and specialist functions may not be fully inspected. Review the complete set and keep uncertain claims separate from visible facts.
How do I choose the right size?+
Measure an item you already own and compare the same points in centimetres with the current listing or warehouse measurements. For clothing, prioritise chest width, body length, shoulders and sleeves; for footwear, use foot length and the seller's internal measurement where available. Do not rely on S, M or L labels alone, and allow extra room when the item will be layered.
Open the sizing guideCan I request more QC photos or measurements here?+
No. This independent guide cannot control warehouse orders. LoongBuy's public service information currently says users can request additional photos, but you should confirm the current process and any limits in your own account. Ask for one exact angle, area or measurement before approving an item for shipment.
Write a useful QC requestSeparate the item price from the final cost.
A spreadsheet price helps with early comparison. Fees, delivery, insurance, currency changes and local charges can alter the amount you pay.
- Confirm the live product price and selected option
- Estimate domestic and international delivery separately
- Check current taxes, duties and service charges
Are the displayed prices final?+
No. Prices are indicative USD estimates from the saved catalogue data. Confirm the current item price, selected option and currency conversion on the destination product page. Some listings show the cheapest variation first, so selecting a size, colour or version can change the amount before fees or delivery are added.
Does the displayed price include service fees?+
The spreadsheet price is only an indicative item-price snapshot. LoongBuy's public service information currently states that its purchasing service fee is zero, but domestic delivery, payment or currency charges, optional warehouse services, international freight and possible import costs remain separate. Review the complete live breakdown before paying.
See the complete cost mapHow is international shipping charged?+
International shipping is normally calculated separately from the product price. The final amount can depend on actual or volumetric weight, parcel dimensions, destination, shipping line, insurance and optional services. Bulky shoes, padded jackets and packaging can cost more by volume even when their scale weight seems modest, so compare total parcel cost rather than product price alone.
Understand billable parcel weightAre taxes, customs charges or import duties included?+
No such charges are included in the spreadsheet estimate. Rules and thresholds depend on the destination country and can change, so check current official guidance and the information supplied by the carrier or destination service.
How do I order a product I found here?+
Open the exact product card in its new tab, verify the live product, option, size, price and available evidence, then follow the destination website's ordering process. Save the selected variation and measurement notes before payment, and compare the warehouse item with those details when photos arrive. Keep this spreadsheet page open so you can return to the alternatives if the listing or evidence no longer matches.
Learn the complete workflowKnow what to verify before an item ships.
The destination service controls orders and after-sales decisions. Use the available warehouse evidence early, while a correction may still be practical.
- Compare warehouse evidence with the order
- Report a mismatch before approving shipment
- Save the listing, measurements and support record
What should I do if a warehouse item is damaged or incorrect?+
Review the complete warehouse photo set and compare the item with the order details, selected variation and saved measurements. If the size, colour, product or condition is wrong, keep screenshots of the mismatch and contact the destination website's support before approving international shipment. State the exact problem and desired remedy rather than relying on a general quality complaint.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the seller, the destination service, timing and item condition. Check the current policy, return window and responsibility for domestic return postage before deciding. Act as early as possible; an international return after the parcel has shipped may be difficult or uneconomical.
Does inclusion mean a seller or product is trusted?+
No. Inclusion means the entry provides enough information to be useful for category research. It is not authentication, seller verification, a safety check or a promise about fulfilment.
Are external product links referral links?+
Some external links may be commercial referral links. That does not change the comparison signals shown here and does not turn an entry into a quality guarantee or recommendation to buy.
Can I rely on product images alone?+
No. A catalogue image can show style and overall shape, but it cannot confirm measurements, materials, construction, fit or the condition of the specific item received at a warehouse. Styled seller photos may also hide scale, texture or colour differences. Use warehouse photos, measurement evidence and the live option details together before making a decision.
